Ginger meets Peach! We think they make a great pair: full of warmth, personality and sparkle.
Our Ginger Peach kombucha is brewed with pure dried ginger roots from Mazoram, India, the finest quality dried peach fruit and orange pekoe black tea. We add Yakima hops flowers from the Pacific Northwest for a gentle, beer-like quality. We ferment for five days with the mother SCOBY. Hops flowers are known for their ability to calm and relax the mind. Ginger is a sassy invigorator, and peach is such a treat! Our Ginger Peach kombucha gives you a beautiful balance of flavors and sensations.

Cheese Pairing: Peaches and Burrata: it is really a thing! A most exquisite thing! You will hear praise about this decadent combo across the culinary world. One of our brewer’s favorite salads to accompany our Ginger Peach brew is a simple Peach, Tomato and Burrata Salad. The warm spice of ginger completes the trilogy of taste sensations when paired with the luscious creaminess from soft burrata mozzarella and sweet tangy peach.
