A beloved childhood food memory for our brewer Sacha was the pairing of cheddar cheese and apple slices. So delicious! Taste our Apple Chai in the Sky along side some cubed cheddar and slices of crisp apple. Favorite cheddars – Rogue River creamery, Beechers and Cabot Creamery cheddars. Favorite apples – Fuji, Honey Crisp and Pink Lady.
